With this package you and I will quickly become “bosom friends” just like Anne and Diana in Anne of Green Gables. We’ll spend time together over the phone as I get to know your specific health needs and develop a plan for you. Trim Healthy works well with all seasons and needs, but there are specific ways to do it for each of these. Together we’ll pinpoint where that sweet spot is for you.
What You Get:
- one hour kickoff call to talk through what the Trim Healthy plan is, where you’re at, and where you want to be
- we’ll write out long-term and short-term health goals together
- personalized workout plan
- weekly 30-minute calls (accountability, troubleshooting, menu help if needed, realigning with goals)
- coaching will go at your pace- if you want to baby step your way into the Trim Healthy lifestyle we can do that, if you’re more of an “all-in” personality we can try that as well
- as much accountability as you want (anywhere from daily texts to weekly calls)
- food journal review, I’ll tell you what’s looking good and what can be tweaked
- printables including: cheat sheets, food journal template, and others

We’ll do group video calls weekly where you can talk through your goals, learn about a new health topic, and receive encouragement.

If you find you’re independent like Elinor from Sense and Sensibility, this self-taught class could be a budget friendly option for you. It lacks daily accountability and personalization, but by the end of the 12 months you’ll understand the basics of Trim Healthy. It’s also taught at a slower pace which is great for college students or other people with busy lives.

Personalized Meal Plans
“Nancy Drew”

Key Benefit: least work for you
Let me literally take all the planning off your plate! I’ll use my intuition just like the famous sleuth, in the Nancy Drew series, to put together the perfect weekly menus for you. With this package, you’ll fill out a form detailing likes/dislikes, dream amount of time spent in the kitchen, allergies, family size, budget range, what’s in your pantry, etc. I’ll take all of this into account when creating your menus.
What You Get:
- a menu that includes…
- Monday-Friday dinners for the whole family (leaving room for leftovers and eating out)
- 2 different breakfast options for you to alternate between
- 2 different lunch options for you to alternate between
- a shopping list to go with it
- meal prep tips to cut back on time in the kitchen

Why I Decided to Become a Health Coach for Women
Growing up, my family has loosely followed the Trim Healthy Mama plan. Since becoming an adult, I’ve studied more into it and followed it for myself. Now my husband and I eat on-plan together. We both notice that we feel better, happier, and more energetic when we eat this way. You can read even more about our health journey here. I’d love to help other women grow in their health journey by coaching them in this plan! My passion is for more women to understand that eating healthy can be cheap, easy, and delicious.

What A Health Coach Is
A health coach is a personal cheerleader, accountability partner, and teacher. As a health coach I’ll be walking women through the basics of the Trim Healthy Mama plan. I’ll also be giving them printables, meal ideas, goals, text support, and accountability. My goal is that at the end of the session the women I coach will understand how to make delicious, easy, cheap, and healthy meals. I want to provide tools for women to continue their health journey independently.
Why Trim Healthy Mama Health Coaching?
Trim Healthy Mama is a plan started by two women I know, Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison. It’s gained a following of hundreds of thousands around the world. I love it because it doesn’t cut out any major food groups. The plan includes protein, carbs, and fat. You just have to learn to find the right sources of those and combine them in the ways that are kindest to your body. It’s not a “lose weight fast” plan. Instead it’s focused on fueling your body and healing it. Gently and over time weight loss follows. Because it doesn’t cut out any major food groups and there are so many delicious recipes available, it’s more sustainable than the typical healthy eating plan.
